Chris George is a fantastic instructor. As someone who has never been diving before, I was incredibly nervous about learning, even though this was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time. Chris is not only knowledgeable, but he is passionate about diving as well. He provides just the right amount of coaching and support to make you feel comfortable and at ease, without coming across as coddling or condescending. I would be lying if I said that the first time you breath underwater wasnt scary, but Chris is right there as a calming influence. I would recommend Chris George and Deep Dwellers Diving to anyone.

I have always loved being in the water and the ocean. I have gone snorkeling a hundred times before but there is no comparison to SCUBA dive! When I first wanted to learn how to SCUBA dive, I was a Little anxious about it. I knew I would love it if I just gave it a try, so I met Chris. He had been diving for a long time and is very experienced. His passion for diving really encouraged me to do it. He was such a patient and thorough instructor I never had to question if I was doing it right, I felt very safe and comfortable. In no time I was an open water certified SCUBA diver! With some pool sessions to start off and an ocean dive to get my certification I couldn't have been happier. I didn’t stop there though. I’ve taken several classes with Chris since then like Advanced diver, Nitrox diver, several specialties like photography, fish identification, I have started the rescue diver course as well. There are so many awesome dives to go on to get these certifications and I would highly recommend Chris George with Deep Dwellers as your SCUBA instructor!

As an experienced diver. I've had the pleasure of watching Chris teach 3 of my kids and my spouse how to SCUBA. He is extremely thorough. His calm demeanor above and below the surface is very helpful. He is very out going and attentive to all of his students. I would highly recommend Chris George of Deep Dwellers Scuba to anyone looking to learn to SCUBA dive.
